Exchange & Refund policies

Our aim is to offer our customers with an online shopping experience, which ensures you are 100% satisfied with the products that you have ordered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you can refer to the procedures below and we will do our best to resolve the situation.  

STANDARD ORDERS

If the item you ordered is a standard order in a standard size, and you wish to return it, you must fill out the form on the Returns section within 3 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. EXCHANGES

Reasons that are accepted for Exchange:

We have demanding checking procedures to make sure orders are made to the requirements before being shipped to the customer, but in extremely rare cases if the product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size or wrong color) we will accept returns & we will pay for the return shipping costs. The items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original receipt included along with the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you receive after filling the form).

Reasons that are NOT accepted for Exchange:

We do not accept exchanges if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final. Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, we will exchange the product. If you have other reason for exchange (e.g., the item doesn’t fit or the product is damaged), the terms below apply: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer, and the item(s) must be shipped by express courier and should arrive in Dubai in its original condition with the original tags and receipt within 10 days of receiving your RMA number. An Airway Bill/ Courier reference number must be provided once the item has been shipped by you in order for us to track the shipment. Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, process the exchange.  

REFUNDS

Reasons that are accepted for Refund:

We do not refund if the customer has changed their mind regarding the item in question. All sales are considered final. Once we receive the item, we will check the condition of the item, and if approved, the refund will be processed accordingly.  

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund for any of the following reasons:

  • The item(s) has not been received by us within 10 days of receiving your RMA number
  • The item(s) has not received by us in its original condition with its original tags or shows evidence of being worn/used
